IPO Alon USA (ALDW) is a limited partnership formed by Alon USA Energy, Inc. to own, operate and grow their refining and petroleum products marketing business. They own and operate a crude oil refinery in Big Spring, Texas, which they refer to as their Big Spring refinery. Alon refines crude oil into finished products, which they market primarily in West Texas, Central Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Arizona through their wholesale distribution network to both Alon Energy’s retail convenience stores and other third-party distributors.
